Decent cheap boot
Bought these because i have large calves. They fit good, broke in after a day of riding. The only complaint is that they don't grip the frame very well when doing jumps.

Decent but still broke my foot
I bought these last year as they had good reviews at a great price point. For all intents it has been a great boot until this last ride where I caught a rock in the desert which didn't even dislodge my foot from the leg. It twisted the front toe box just enough to tear my little toe nail off and break my middle toe behind the knuckle. Out for a few weeks is all but I am on the hunt for a better boot at this point. I will say the boot is very comfortable out of the box. Buckles have been ok but have needed some Lube after sandy muddy wet rides. I love the slide Velcro, it really makes the boot fit well and not bunch when latching the top buckle. I'm 48 and have ridden my whole life. Raced a little in C class desert enduros. Not the fastest rider but I'm definitely not new on a bike. Just a bit of perspective as it's always hard to understand how to give a review value.

Excellent choice for their intended use.
I bought these boots for everyday street and light off road riding. I take a size 10 shoe and the size 10 for this boot is spot on. Very comfortable right out of the box. I wear over the boot style pants and have had no issues keeping my feet dry in the rain or blasting through puddles and small streams. They offer great protection so long as you aren't trying to get too extreme with your riding or walk through water that is deeper than the waterproof liner. They are also pretty good for light off bike walking.

Great boots
Wanted to wait and see before I did a review. Great boots. As explained by others not as much locked in protection as a true motocross boot but enough protection for the way I ride. Easy to get on and off. BOA is awesome. Been on a half a dozen good sides rides and love them.
